The collective is made up of a cadre of qualified experts with at least 15 years’ experience assessing and developing leaders at the top of the biggest organisations in the world. These experts have now come together as a network to share knowledge and support initiatives within the leadership space through a unique operating model that allows us to offer best in class service to clients. We can now offer leadership assessment, development and coaching anywhere in the world in multiple different languages.
Our expertise allows us to provide clients with deep psychological insight about their leaders with the same high standard of output that you would expect from a global or boutique consulting firm. Many of these experts have previously worked for at least one of the big consultancies in the assessment and development market. Some have built, run and sold businesses, others have been on the board of companies while others have led and trained teams of psychologists to deliver these services to listed and international clients globally.
