We then benchmark this against thousands of other leaders and executives that we have assessed over the years to give the organisation or individual insight into how they compare to others at their level. We then use their leadership profile to see how they fit into the organisational culture and or team. We work with clients over the long term, to build spider diagrams, reports and dashboards of organisations’ psychometric profiles so comparisons can be made about each part of the business. We are also then able to use this data so recruitment and talent management can be intelligently focused using consistent, valid and meaningful data.
To assess leaders, we have both 1:1 and group-based solutions. Often for external or sensitive hires, 1:1 is more appropriate, but when large numbers of internal executives need to be assessed, group-based development centres can be more appropriate.
